That's the bamboo you're feeling. Pretty great, isn't it? The Hugatee shirt is 70% naturally sustainable bamboo and 30% certified organic cotton. Very simply, it's the most comfortable, best fitting t-shirt you'll ever wear. We literally searched the globe for the best blank shirt talking with dozens of manufacturers and sampling hundreds of styles. This one is the best. Second place isn't even close.
Bamboo grows naturally in the wild, requires no chemicals and no irrigation. For these reasons and others, we believe that not only do we have the coolest shirt out there; we've also chosen the most earth friendly shirt on earth. Plus, bamboo is naturally anti-microbial, is softer and tougher than cotton and wicks away moisture from the body. The organic cotton in the shirt is there to help give it shape. Even the tag in our shirt is made from organic cotton. We're serious about this stuff.
I can't even feel the design on the shirt. How are they printed?
First of all, our partner who does the printing is absolutely awesome. He was on board with our concept from the very beginning and worked with us over a period of six months to develop a unique process for printing shirts. Thankfully, it was time well spent. Rather than sitting on top of the shirt, the design on all Hugatees has actually become part of the fabric. After one wash, you won't be able to feel it with your hand.
How do Hugatees fit?
Our shirts are form-fitting. They aren't tight but they aren't the boxy generic freebie you get after finishing a 10K. Our sizing chart is here. If you're worried about it being too tight, go one size up.
Where are your shirts made?
Hugatees are manufactured in Turkey and printed in the U.S. Both manufacturing and printing are sweat-shop free. Both jobs also happen to be done by really good people who love what they do.
Can I return my shirt?
Yes. If for some reason you're not in love with your new Hugatee, you can return it for a refund within ten days from the time you received it. All we ask is that the shirt be unworn and unwashed. If you need to return your Hugatee, email us at orders@hugatee.com.
What's your privacy policy?
It's pretty simple. We don't store your credit card information on our servers for any reason. We keep your name, address and email to ensure your transaction with us goes smoothly and to help us provide customer support for your order. We will never, ever, for any reason share your information with anyone outside Hugatee. If you'd like for us to keep you updated on new Hugatees and events, we will via email. If you'd rather not hear from us, you won't.
How long will it take to get my shirt?
You should get your Hugatee within 10 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances. We ship via the USPS Priority Mail. If you have a question about a placed order, email us at orders@hugatee.com. If your order will take longer to arrive, we'll notify you via email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4.50 for the first Hugatee and $1.00 for each additional.
Do you sell wholesale?
We'd rather not. We just feel that it's hard to truly control your brand message when you're not the one with the relationship with the customer. If you have a store and are interested in stocking Hugatees, feel free to email us. If we feel like we're on the same page, we'll consider it.
I have an idea for an awesome Hugatee. Would you print it?
We have a great group of graphics people who are committed to what they do. That said, we certainly don't have a monopoly on creativity. If you have an idea you think fits with our mission, email it to us. If we use it, we’ll compensate you in some way (and we'll let you know what that is, get your permission, THEN print it.)
Are you really giving away a Hybrid car?
We're working on that and a bunch of other great ideas. Check the site frequently for updates. We've got a lot of great things planned.
